We led with an internal-first cascade (CEO led townhall, FAQs, org updates, change roadmap), followed by targeted stakeholder and customer briefings, and a coordinated external rollout across the newsroom, press, and social channels. A concise toolkit (CEO letter, FAQs, key messages, Q&A, and channel-specific copy) ensured message consistency.
The Result
